Charlotte Kroft, President
Charlotte has been a member of the organization since the fall of 2008. She has sung with Concordia Voices, Masterworks, Chamber Choir and Ariana Women’s Choir. She served as Secretary to the Board for two terms, and is currently serving her second term as President. Charlotte earned her MS in Clinical Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University, and her BS in Medical Technology from Indiana University of PA. She is Principal at PerimeterViewAssociates, LLC – a marketing/management consultancy. Prior to starting her own business, Charlotte enjoyed a long-term and diverse career at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, most recently as Sr. Marketing Director, Vaccines. Charlotte is married to Erik, and is the proud mom of two grown sons, Ryan and Tyler. She enjoys skiing, hiking and gardening, but mostly watching her sons play football and rugby. Charlotte volunteers as music director for St. Elizabeth’s ‘Tapistry’ ensemble.
Theresa Moss Witmyer, Vice President of Artistic Development
Terri has been a member of Concordia since the spring of 2013. She has sung with Concordia Voices, Masterworks, Chamber Choir and Ariana Women’s Choir, and has appeared as a guest instrumentalist on accordion! She is currently serving her first term as Vice President of Artistic Development. Terri studied for her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at West Chester University. She has been teaching piano lessons in the Chester County area since 2001 and enjoys teaching students of every age. She earned her Master of Divinity degree from Palmer Theological Seminary and in 2014 was ordained at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in West Chester. She currently ministers there as a member of the Elder team and as an ordained reverend. Terri was recently married to Ben, and has lately been enjoying the adventure of their first year of marriage. She enjoys reading, playing the piano and baking, and especially playing table-top games with friends. Terri volunteers as a worship leader at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship’s various ministry meetings on a regular basis.
Stephen Wilburn, Vice President of Business Development
Steve joined Concordia in the fall of 2009 and has been a member of Concordia Voices, Masterworks, Chamber Choir and Orpheus Men’s Choir. He is in his second term as Vice President of Business Development having served previously as a section leader. Steve received his Bachelor of Music Education from West Chester University in 2007 and his Master of Divinity degree from Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA. He is currently working on his Doctorate of Ministry from BTS. He serves as Pastor of Worship at Christ Community Church in West Chester, PA. He is married to his beautiful wife Valerie and spends his free time playing with their young daughter, Natalie. Steve enjoys, reading, hiking, ballroom dancing, and spending time with his extended family.
Peter Clarke, Treasurer
Joining in the Fall of 2013, Peter sings Tenor in both Concordia Voices and Orpheus Men’s Choir. He has also kept himself busy by participating in most of CCA’s outreach performances. Peter has been our Treasurer since Fall 2014. Peter earned a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State and is continuing his studies there as a Graduate Assistant pursuing a Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. He currently works for Precis Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer designing heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and control systems for buildings. His background in engineering and his love of spreadsheets has earned Peter the unofficial title of “The Number Wrangler”. Peter enjoys brewing beer, cooking, engaging in various nerdy hobbies, and general merriment. He likes picking apples in the Fall, is the youngest child, and his favorite dog is hot and covered in chili.
Karin Fortwangler, Secretary
Karin joined Concordia in the summer of 2007, and has sung in Masterworks, Concordia Voices, Chamber Choir, and Ariana Women’s Choir. She is currently serving as Secretary. Karin is a stay-at-home mom, having worked previously as a certified nurse aide. She works for the Day Camp at Germantown Academy in the summers as their Performing Arts Director. She also sings in the choir at Lower Providence Presbyterian Church, as well as ringing in the hand bell choirs. Karin is married to Adam, and they just had a daughter, Charlotte, who is the new love of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, reading, and playing with her two labs, Styx and Zoey.
