About Us

Our Mission

image15

The mission of Concordia Choral Arts is to provide an environment that enriches the community through exposure to the choral arts.

image16

Concordia is a Latin word that means “with one heart.” Our passion for choral music is reflected in our ability to attract talented singers through a shared spirit of musicianship, community engagement, and diversity.  Our music inspires not only our singers, but also our our listeners.  From traditional choral genre to contemporary compositions by local artists, we challenge singers and listeners alike to appreciate an eclectic repertoire.  We strive for excellence in choral artistry through a three-tiered approach of musical literacy, dynamic expression, and professional delivery. Demonstrated fully for thirteen seasons, we enjoy producing a three-season concert series as well as providing significant choral  enrichment for community  events, partnering  with fellow non-profit  organizations, and reaching  out to underserved listeners in our community.  Although our music comes from many voices, our “song” is  generated "with one heart."

Partner With Us

Since  2006 Concordia Choral Arts has made a commitment to offer the community the best in choral music.  We are able to offer high quality listening experiences to our audiences because of the support and generosity of our membership and their families, as well as local businesses, foundations, and corporations who share our vision. Because our mission emphasizes the value that music plays  in the life and wellbeing of a community, we would love to speak with you and your organization about ways that your support will allow us to grow in mission.  Won’t  you  consider  becoming  a  partner  with  us  today?

We are a 501(c)3 organization and a member of the nonprofit sector of the Chamber of Commerce. Your financial contribution is tax deductible and will support us in our vision  to  widen our artistic reach in order to bring the work of new and local composers to our area.
