About Us

Our Mission

image3

The mission of Concordia Choral Arts is to provide an environment that enriches the community through exposure to the choral arts.

Concordia means “with one heart..."

image4

Concordia’s singers share a passion for choral music-passion that is reflected in our ability to attract talented singers who also share a spirit of musicianship, love for our community, and who celebrate diversity.  Our music inspires our listeners from traditional choral genre to contemporary compositions by local artists. We strive for excellence in choral artistry through a three-tiered approach: musical literacy, dynamic expression, and professional delivery. Concordia enjoys producing a three-season concert series as well as the annual International Day of Peace, providing significantchoral  enrichment for community  events, partnering  with fellow non-profit  organizations, and reaching  out to underserved listeners in our community.  Although our music comes from many voices, our “song” is  generated "with one heart."

SPONSORS

Since  2006 Concordia Choral Arts has made a commitment to offer the community the best in choral music.  We are able to offer high quality listening experiences to our audiences because of the support and generosity of our membership and their families, as well as local businesses, foundations, and corporations who share our vision. Because our mission emphasizes the value that music plays  in the life and wellbeing of a community, we would love to speak with you and your organization about ways that your support will allow us to grow in mission.  Won’t  you  consider  becoming  a  partner  with  us  today?

We are a 501(c)3 organization and a member of the nonprofit sector of the Chamber of Commerce. Your financial contribution is tax deductible and will support us in our vision  to  widen our artistic reach in order to bring the work of new and local composers to our area.
